We are now officially in the holiday season. With this season comes a variety of parties, from the office holiday party to the family get-together to the big New Years Eve bash, with alcohol being served at many of them. It is necessary to take certain precautions against car accidents. The most important precaution is don't drink and drive, and don't allow your friends or family to drink and drive. Drunk driving causes many tragic car accidents. Even if a person doesn't feel drunk, alcohol affects driving abilities, including judgment and reaction time. Use a designated driver or taxi. As a driver, be especially alert and aware of the vehicles around you. Also, due to the snowy and icy conditions that often arrive during the holiday season, which can lead to accidents, it is important to make sure that your car is prepared for winter. Further, you should keep an emergency kit in your trunk.

Stay safe and have a happy holiday season!
